Why can't I sign up?

  My husband is not able to create an account using his g-mail address. No confirmation e-mail comes. What should he do?

  I should have noted that I cannot create an account either using g-mail.

  Is anyone monitoring this forum?
  We posted this query almost a week ago, and there has been no response.

  We would like to know why it seems to be impossible for us to create an account on WordPress.com.

  Suffice it to say, here, that the problem is password-related, and AFAIK it still exists.
