why can't i simply copy a document from my admin. in my computer and then paste

  why can’t i simply copy and paste my doc. file like last week into a post on the blog? as of today it doesn’ work? i am not any good on the computer so as of today i am finished unless you fix this. 2 hours of effort is e-nuf. up until today it worked fine.
