Why can't I take ownership of content after suspension?

    This Email is for WordPress.com. I am tagging in other parties who are trying VERY HARD to help me.
    Dear Sir Madam.
    I had a blog http://www.shaunynews.wordpresscom hosting at Go Daddy till mid October of this year. I was paying for Domain only
    You (wordpress.com) suspended me and I accept this, I don’t understand, but I accept this.
    I have spoken directly with:
    Go Daddy
    Bluehost
    And this evening: https://www.wildwestdomains.com/

    I will be as polite yet upset as I can be.
    My Blog was and STILL IS hosted at Go Daddy as you can see the receipt below taking my money for the ‘Domain Registration and Protection’ that is active till October 31st 2019.
    May I also add I tried to pay the £109 for wordpress.com to do a full Guided Transfer from Go Daddy to Bluehost.
    May I ask what I am paying £22 to WordPress.com for? This is till October 21st 2019. You will not allow me to send my entire http://www.shaunynews.wordpress.com blog at WordPress.com to http://www.Shaunynews.com
    As you can see below, my http://www.Shaunynews.com now hosted at Bluehost is STILL connected to http://www.shaunynews.wordpress.com. This makes no sense. I can see I am still suspended as it says so as my LAST NOTIFICATION in the Bluehost domain where I sadly had to move to when you suspended me, away from Go Daddy (who have been SUPERB in helping me) but they can’t get access to allow me a guided control I have paid Bluehost to bring over from Go Daddy or Wild West Domains. I spoke an hour ago with (email visible only to moderators and staff) at Wild West Domains and his words were “You are paying WordPress £22 for what, till October 21st 2019!

    My receipt ID you took from me AFTER the suspension. You gave me £109 back, but REFUSE to reimburse my £22 for ‘Domain Registration and Protection’ that is active till October 31st 2019.

    Just to add, please do not post personal information (such as transaction numbers, or the other details mentioned) on these forums as they’re public. Staff will be able to redact them for you. :)
