why can't I transfer pictures from my picture file to my blog post?

  I cannot transfer a picture from my picture file to my blog post. This is a new problem; i could previously do this transfer.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Teresa,

  I’m a bit confused with your question. You were able to transfer a picture from your computer to your blog post? In order to do this, please create a new post and click “Add Media” to upload an image. The link below will provide you step by step instructions to upload an image:

  thank you so much

  My son asked me whether I had checked that my images were jpg but they were bitmap. Now I am only using jpg images, successfully.
