Why can't I update the privacy setting on my domain registration?

    I recently updated my domain registration. My domain manager shows that the site is not private, but I don’t get the option to update the privacy from the “My Upgrades” section. I also checked with the privacy manager that handles my other WordPress sites and they said that they cannot upgrade my privacy, because this needs to be done from WordPress. Please help as I’d like my registration details private.
