Why can’t I upgrade?

    I have a trial subscription that will expire in four days, I tried to upgrade to a paid one so I can add products to my store. The upgrade has been denied for reasons they will not explain.

    I emailed, and they responded that they will not share details and directed me to use the free .org site. I explained I can’t add products until I have upgraded. I haven’t heard back.

    I’m using WooCommerce, but WordPress is wasting my time. Is this a temporary problem or should I go on to someone else?

    Hi @venuzia360, our forums staff can’t address payment problems, but sounds like you’ve already worked with the correct team on that.

    If they’re advising you use your own hosting, there’s really nothing more we can do. You can use All in One Migration or something similar to migrate your site to another host.
