Why can’t I upload a custom image?

  I want to upload an image from my computer into a customizable header. But no matter which theme I select, it will not allow me to upload my own image. (The “upload” button is not clickable and there is a translucent grey bar across it.)

  Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

  What browser, browser version, security programs and OS are you using?
