Why can't I upload a header image?

  I just started the blog, and I am trying to upload an image for the header. I browse to the file location and select it, but when I press the “upload” button, nothing happens and the filename field goes blank. The image is exactly 1000×288. I tried both .png and .jpg formats and get the error in every case.

  It looks like you have a header uploaded and showing – are you trying to upload a different header?
