Why can't I upload audio files to my media library?

  I used to be able to upload audio files regularly, but now I am unable to upload .mpg, .aif, or .m4a files. I have tried using the media uploader on multiple browsers and on multiple computers, but I haven’t been successful. I have not changed any of the settings on my account; has a change been made elsewhere?

  Hi Colin,

  To upload audio, you have to have a space upgrade. You had a 10GB space upgrade previously, but it expired. You can re-purchase it in your store. :)

  Thank you!! I didn’t realize the space upgrade had to be renewed – thanks for clearing that up!
