Why can't I upload files into my media library?

    I can’t seem to upload jpegs into my media library even though I’ve done it many times before. Every time I try it says “error http problem.” I’ve quit out of my browser and reloaded my site a number of times. I’ve tried all sorts of different files, but still the same error.

    Hello there. I am so sorry to hear you’re experiencing this inconvenience. Our staff is looking into this issue currently as we’ve heard of some other users who are seeing this error.

    Could you please try your upload in other browsers (ie. Chrome and Firefox) and let me know if the same trouble occurs?

    Will you take a screenshot of the error message? If you’re not certain about how to do that, please take a look at these hints:

    As you may not be able to load the image into your Media Library, you can sign-up (free) for CloudUp, which is an easy way to share images and videos: https://cloudup.com/signup

    Just drag the image into CloudUp, and then copy/paste a link for me here.

    Out of curiosity, do you experience the same trouble when you drag and drop an image to upload as opposed to using the file browser method?
