why cant I upload files larger than 1 gb?

  I bought videopress and space upgrade, and i still cannot load videos larger than 1 gb.

  help please

  We do limit all uploads to 1GB, regardless of the file type.

  Is this is an issue, I can cancel and refund your upgrades.
