Why can't I upload files to my blog neither make upgrades?

Until yesterday I was able to upload files to my wordpress, now I can’t. I’m not able to determine if I’m out of storage or if there’s something wrong with my blog. I also was not able to make any upgrades.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

“Upgrades” are only relevant for blogs hosted on WordPress.COM
