Why can't I upload media files to my account?

I am attempting to add mp3 files to my blog. I have the pro add-on, and have paid for my ability to do so, but with this layout change, I am now unable to upload any files at all, the “media upload” option is not available on any computer I have accessed wordpress with, and I am the ONLY administrator on my account. This is highly inconvenient, and for my sites purposes (hosting a podcast) it is actually completely debilitating to my account.

Neither applies, as I don’t even have a media-menu. Does WordPress as a company have customer support?
