Why can't I upload my mobile phone pictures to my WordPress site?

I am using a Blackberry BOLD 9900 exclusively for posting to WordPress. I’ve taken many photos from my phone, which stores my images in a .jpg format, but which adds the suffix .rem. I’ve tried numerous times to upload my images to my WordPress site, with no luck. Can you help me?

There is a separate forum for the blackberry app at http://blackberry.forums.wordpress.org/ and you could post to alert the developers to this issue.
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software. -

Yes, I have the WordPress app for Blackberry and I am using it. I recently sent an e-mail from my Blackberry BOLD 9900 to a school in Mongolia, applying for an ESL teaching position. I sent several attachments of MS Word documents, PDF’s and .jpg’s all stored on my Blackberry BOLD 9900, having been uploaded from my ACER terabyte external drive. While I can call these up and view them on my Blackberry, nobody I sent them to could open any of the files.

No. Post them here in the forums. If you don’t want to expose those particular documents, upload a sample tester document or photo and give us the URL.
If you want me to give you personal email support, you’ll have to pay my normal consulting rate, and you don’t want to do that.
