Why can't I upload photos?

    Hello! Every time I want to upload photos it says: DSC02092.JPG HTTP Fehler. (Fehler= error)
    It’s a jpeg and it’s not too big, also I have enough capacity. Interesting is that I can upload photos that I took with my mobile phone, but not the photos from my camera. But I was able to upload them a few days ago and I didn’t change anything…

    Hi there. This might be a browser issue. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

    Second, how are you adding the images? Are you uploading them one at a time by using the Select File button, or are you using the multi-file uploader where you simply drag-and-drop the images into the library? See here for more information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/media/uploader/

    If that still doesn’t work, please tell us which upload methods you’ve used, are you uploading directly to the library or via the add media button in the post editor, are you using the old or the new editor, and also click on this link and tell us the exact browser version you see there: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
