Why can't I use a domain that I just bought?

I’m not understanding why I can’t use my domain I just bought. My domain is http://www.kllamar.com. I have hosting account and everything. Please advise me on how this problem can be fixed.

Hi there. If you want to set up a self-hosted site on your domain you need to download and install the WordPress.org software to your web host at that domain. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you want to use your domain with your free WordPress.com website you need to cancel your hosting (but not the domain itself) and map your domain to your WordPress.com site. Instructions for that are here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
