Why can't i use Featured Slider in Showcase Page template in my oxygen theme?

  I can’t use the Featured Slider in Showcase Page template in my Oxygen Theme. I just don’t have any ‘location’ buttons, even in help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ve been reading the wrong instructions. “Location” buttons apply to the wordpress.ORG version of the theme (= for self-hosted blogs). WordPress.COM instructions here:
  http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/oxygen/
