Why can't I use my blog name as a domain?
-
Hi all,
So back in around 2011, I created a blog called chiversustheworld.wordpress.com with username chinguyenversustheworld.
However, I can’t use my blog now. I couldn’t find anywhere to access into the dashboard/admin pane/settings. Plus, I can’t use “chiversustheworld” for my domain on wordpress, but I can’t set up my current blog as a domain.
Anybody here can help me with this? Thanks.

Hi there,
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you are not successful gaining access to the blog then please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access. -

Know that the Admin login link for all wordpress.com hosted blogs is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/In your case this is the link:
http://chiversustheworld.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
