Why can't i use my wordpress identity to leave comments on other blogs?

  When i am commenting on another blog is use my wordpress identity to sign the comments. But lately, a wordpress dialog box informs me “I do not own that identity”. That is news to me since I am having no difficulty posting to my blog with that identity.

  That’s wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That means you are trying to comment on a Blogger ie. blogspot.com blog and that software does not recognize your WordPress.COM identity.
