Why Can't I Use Paypal buttons in WordPress? Am I doing something wrong?
-
I am having a difficult time uploading a Paypal button in my blog and/or in the widgets section. Since I am not a real “seller” of items, I don’t have a shopping cart and don’t need one. I am just selling one item. If you’ve experience, can you help me successfully upload the button?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can try this:

But for as long as I’ve been here, the button hasn’t worked. It contains code that violates WP.com’s security guidelines and is stripped out. Use the Donate button instead:

I’m angry and stuck. There are too many assumptions in these so-called instructions.
Here are the directions:
In a separate window or tab, open a post or page for editing.
Switch to the HTML editor.
Add an image for people to click on. Below are some official PayPal buttons available to you. You can use your own image by following the same method. Copy any of the codes below and paste it directly into your HTML editor.HOW DO I SWITCH TO THE HTML EDITOR?
WHERE DO I PASTE THE PAYPAL CODE BUTTONS? WHAT DOES DIRECTLY INTO YOUR HTML EDITOR MEAN?
Thanks in advance for anyone who would like to answer.
Best Regards,Susan

@susanabeva: First of all, please confirm if you did as macmanx (staff) suggested in response to your first question (as that may be a source of the problem).
