Why Can't I use SKT Full Width theme on my website?

I want to use SKT Full Width theme on my website like I had for my previous website on a different account but for whatever reason it is in the themes list? What do I need to do that would enable me to use this theme?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The SKT Full Width theme is for self-hosted, WordPress.org sites.

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software.
