Why can't I view my stats?
-
I can’t see any stats statistics for my blog. The stats data field is empty and it says Stats are not available for this time period. It has been this way for over a month.

resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
trying another browserIf those do not work for you then we need to know
(1) how you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.(2) exactly which browser and version of it are you using. Thank you for your help. I have tried Firefox and Explorer via two different computers (cable internet connection) as well as through my iphone. All return the same result: No stats are available for this time period.
Here is current data from whatsmyuseragent.com:
Mozilla/5.0
Windows
NT
6.1
WOW64
rv
14.0
Gecko/20100101
Firefox/14.0.1Believe I have checked all the other bases you’ve suggested. I realize I have few visitors, but in the past I could still see the stats graph. On days when I’ve received a “like” and therefore know I had at least one visitor, I still could see no results on my stats page.
Any ideas?

To be clear likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” your posts in several locations without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat. Those who have username accounts only but no blog can become followers and click the “like” and/or “share” buttons. Those who do not have accounts cannot use the like button. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/07/09/wordpress-followers-likes-and-stats/
