Why can't I view my website?

  Why can’t I view my website or my wordpress login? I tried doing the traceroute method and this is the message I received.
  Traceroute has started…

  traceroute: unknown host (s0.wp.com)

  Please help. I can be contacted at (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am having this problem now. I go to log in to my website to manage it and it goes no where.

  My host indicated that “All in One WP Security and Firewall” is a problem… “white listed IP address”.

  I have no idea what to do… any help please?

  @planetplusecotime- you don’t mention the URL of your WordPress.com site.

  However, if you are located in the UK, you will want to read the sticky at the top of these forums. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/recent-problems-accessing-wordpresscom-sites?replies=3

  If that is not your problem, please post back here with the address of your WordPress.com site, including http:// to make it clickable.

  Hi – planetplusecotime, it sounds like you may have a self-hosted site running on your own hosting, rather than a WordPress.com site, since that plugin isn’t available here on WordPress.com.

  You can try asking your question in the WordPress.org forum:
