Why can't Iedit my Gallery???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cannot edit my gallery. I am using Safari. I have cleared the cache and I have updated to latest edition. I downloaded Google Chrome, but am having the same problem. I rec’d a support email from Jeremy Duvall, but have somehow lost contact. Right now, I am extremely frustrated. I also have a paid account at gdapupmom.com. I will need to be able to put galleries on that site as well. Is there any way I can get this problem solved? I am using my MacB?ookPro laptop, my iPad2, and my mini-iPad. All are up-to-date, but the gallery edit does not work on any of them.

Yes, I have. Unfortunately, I never get past this point. The only thing I have seen tells me to complete the steps I have already performed. After that, I hear nothing!

and that is the way to follow up, since we forum volunteers have been unable to help you with this. You can either reply to the Support email you received or wait until Staff have seen this thread and move to help you directly.
