why cant launch my site with this domain name for free?

  Hi, I created my blog ,with the above name. Behind the voice. wordpress.com,i really want to use the site but with a free plan. But every time I click launch am taken back to the paid plan. Why cant I launch my site according to the free settings??

  https://voice.wordpress.com/ has already been taken. That’s why you can’t use that free domain name.
