Why Can't One of My Administrators Renew?

I set up Wyattnancy as an administrator but she’s unable to renew our website. I set it http://www.keepauburnmoving.com up last year but would like to turn full control over to her.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The account that owns an upgrade is the one that needs to renew the upgrade – you can transfer the upgrades to the new admin –
Try: Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> Should be a button on each upgrade that will transfer the upgrade

Using your instructions I can get to a screen that will let me “Transfer to another site”–but what I want to be able to do is let one of the other admins take over the the account and renew the upgrade. The site itself is fine. just the ownership that I want to change.

Has this been corrected? Our upgrades expire this week and I want to make sure Nancy can take care of it.

It is still flagged for the staff to help – they are having a large all hands meetup of some sort so they are not as active in the forum now – but they do check the forums and usually work problems from oldest to newest – I have seen several of the staff work some problems so they are working on helping everyone – there seems to be also a large migration from another blog platform that is shutting down soon so I expect that has also increased their work load –
