Why Can’t People Comment Without Logging In??

  I’m so frustrated by this one! I’ve checked and unchecked all the boxes in the obvioius location which controls whether people can comment, yet any theme I use requires my readers to log in before commenting. I know other wordpress users who have not had this problem. PLEASE help!
  (and please note I’ve already been in the discussion tab and tried all the boxes with no success)

  Go to options > general and uncheck “Users must be registered and logged in to comment.”
