Why can't people reach my blog?
-
People tell me they can’t reach my blog page with various browsers. I can reach it myself, so I don’t know how to fix this. It seems to have started since I began using the http://joyblog.spiralingup.net redirect. Even if they go to my website at http://www.spiralingup.net and click the tab to reach the blog, they get a page error. Can you help me straighten this out?

I’m able to load your site as well. Can you let me know the error message your readers are seeing?
Can they please make sure they have third-party cookies enabled on their browsers?

OK, here’s one
SERVER NOT FOUND
Firefox can’t find the server at joyblog.spiralingup.net
The above message comes when someone is on my website and clicks the tab for the blog page, which is being redirected to the subdomain joyblog.spiralingup.net by wordpress.

Okay, would that person be able to try visiting your blog directly? I see that you’re using frames to display your blog on your website. This will let us know if that’s part of why this person is seeing that message.
Do they also have third-party cookies enabled on Firefox?

I had the person who shared that message try to get directly to my blog, and she couldn’t do so. Her own site is entirely hosted on WordPress, but she couldn’t reach my blog! I’ll check on the 3rd party cookies. I did ask but haven’t received an answer.
