Why can't readers comment on posts?

  Why can’t readers comment?
  I haven’t changed my comment settings (I checked) and everything’s been fine so far. However, no one can comment on my latest post. Help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Comments seem to be enabled and there already appears to be one comment on that post.

  Thank you, it seems to have fixed itself. Previously, 2 people attempting to comment got a message something like “Unable to post comment”. No idea.

  That happens from time to time. If your readers have problems with that again, tell them to try clearing their browser cache and cookies or to try leaving a comment using a different browser. You can point them to this support doc for instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
