Why can't see comments I've made in Dashboard even when I have made comments?

    It just kept noticing me “You’ll need to make some comments before you can use this feature. Check out the tag surfer or blogs of the day for posts you may be interested in.” But I have already made comments on different kinds of blogs.. What is wrong with this?!
