Why can't see my site after domain remapping?

    Hi,
    I’ve upgraded to premium this morning for my site lingdigi.wordpress.com, and mapped a domain I own to wordpress.com to use it as my blog’s address. The domain is lingdigi.com and it is registered through Startlogic. I also went ahead and designated it as the primary domain, but later reverted to lingdigi.wordpress.com because I could’t reach my blog from either domain. I’m still trying to reach the site though lingdigi.com and it keeps giving me an error page. What can I do to make my blog’s address change to lingdigi.com as soon as possible? I’m distributing printed ads today with lingdigi.com address and people won’t be able to reach my blog.

    Hi Anya,

    The domain lingdigi.com isn’t pointed to WordPress.com yet, which is why it isn’t showing your site when you go there. You’ll need to update the domain’s name servers to these:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    You’ll need to do that with your domain registrar, Startlogic — they can help you with that step if you’re not sure how to make that change. We also have a guide for mapping a domain with more details.
