why can't someone follow my blog?

  I have a a parent trying to ‘follow’ my blog and is unable to do so. she has entered her email and never gets a confirmation. I tried as well. the parent is able to follow her other child’s classroom blog. What do we do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have the parent look for the activation email in their spam filter. If they use Gmail or Google Apps, refer to this support page for help: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  If that doesn’t work, add “modlook” to the tags for this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.
