Why can't the public view my "about" info and pic

I’ve just created my blog today. I completed the “about” section including a pic and yet the public can not see that information. My first blog is fine, but, the “about” isn’t publicly displayed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The data derived from here > Dashboard > Users > My Profile > About You (section) does not appear on the blog and is not intended to; it appears appears on your Gravatar profile page only. http://en.gravatar.com/chastastic3
You can create an About page and include the same information and image on it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
