Why can't this email subscriber unsubscribe?

  I just received an email from an email subscriber. She writes:

  “Hello, please remove me from your email list. I have requested to be removed through your ‘Unsubscribe’ option on quite a few occasions however these emails keep coming through.”

  Can you explain why this is? And is there anything I can do to fix this?

  Hi Steve,

  She can enter her email address on this page to receive her unique Manage Subscriptions link:

  Status

  Then, in the Settings tab on her Manage Subscriptions page, she can 1) check “Block emails” and click Save Changes, or 2) delete the pertinent subscription(s) from the Sites and/or Comments tab.
