Why can't you share or comment right away on a post?

  Hello WordPress Support.
  I’m quite new to this, and I have just created my first post on my blog. However, it seems that you cannot comment, share or anything like that right away. You first have to press the “bubble” at the top right corner of the post in order to be able to do so. Why is that? and can I change that?

  The sharing and like button can be shown on the front page itself. You can follow the steps in this guide on how to do this: http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/#customizing-sharing-settings

  Commenting is only available through the individual post page, which can reached by clicking on the ‘bubble’ icon or the post title.
