Why changes to my header are not showing

I am using sierra nature theme and have been following a tutorial to edit the details however my changes are not showing when trying to change the header details. I have gone into customize, edit page and elementor but although I have changed it is still displaying the theme’s details. I deleted my cache and don’t have any plugins relating to cache. Does anyone know how I can see my changes, it is like I have two different pages for my home page. Many thanks.

Thanks, I ended up deleting all plugins and themes and started again but now the first page isn’t loading properly.
