Why did all of my media images disappear from my library and my site?

  Friday I was having some trouble uploading images to my site, they wouldn’t display after they had been uploaded. I have not been on since and now, all of my pictures are gone. Nothing shows up when I go to my home page, and nothing is showing up in my library. The file names are there, but nothing is being displayed. I cleared my cache and cookies, and even tried viewing on Chrome, still nothing. I usually use Mozilla.

  Well, now they are showing up. How does that happen?
