Why did all Publicize suddenly stops working?

My latest post didn’t get Publicized. I didn’t change any settings.
This happened a few weeks ago, and following the online docs I disconnected and reconnect.
Now it’s happening again.
Do we need to disconnect reconnect every few weeks?

I see that publicized is set up correctly but the sharing checkboxes at https://ismangil.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=182&action=edit# aren’t selected. Click on the ‘Change’ link which is located at the top right hand side of your post editor screen, select the checkboxes, and publish the post again.

Thanks, I ticked Facebook, G+, and Twitter, and clicked Update.
It said on the top “Post updated”.
However when I examined the Publicize checkboxes it was all unchecked again.
It seems my choices are not sticking.

Could you please set the post as draft, which means it’ll be unpublished, and then check the boxes and hit the blue publish button.
For future reference, make sure the checkboxes are ticked, just so you know it’ll be shared on your social networks. Normally this should happen automatically but it might be good to keep an eye on it. Just in case.

Ok thanks, that worked.
While we are on sharing checkboxes: Is it possible to set as default checked only some of the network?
The reason is I sometimes post from the Android client, and that does not allow changing Publicize check boxes.

Actually it should have checked those boxes by default. I can’t find the reason why it didn’t with this particular post.

No, you’ll need to untick the boxes if you don’t want them to be published through publicize.
