Why did anarticle I published disappear?

    I posted a new article on my blog. Curiously, it did not afford me the option of selecting categories or tags. I published it, then shared it to several Facebook pages. Now I find it isn’t on my blog, nor did i get an email notice of it going up.

    Hi Roland,

    If you weren’t provided an option for categories or tags, is it possible you in fact published a Page instead of a Post? That would explain why no post notifications went out as well.

    There is a page in your trash folder that was last modified on September 14. If that was the content you published, then it would no longer appear on your site because it is in the trash folder. You also have a post in the trash folder.

    If you’d like to bring those post and pages back, you can restore them with these instructions:

    Delete a Page or Post
