why did blogs disappear?

My account is still active, tho the image no longer shows on the avatar, but the two blogs I’d written over the last 3-4 years are both…gone. Why would they just up and disappear? Both were linked to this user account. I know I hadn’t posted in a while, but hadn’t been THAT long that I’d at least managed some of the posts.

I do not see any blogs under your panteralove account, which was created on August 12, 2013.
It looks like you had one site, panteralove63.wordpress.com, that you deleted on October 21.
If you had other blogs that you worked on more than a year ago, my hunch is that you had a different WordPress.com account, and the blogs can be found there.
Do you remember the addresses of your old blogs or know what username or email address you may have used?

I don’t remember deleting any accounts and they were created long before 8/12/13. I changed the user name on my main account about the time you noted, but never deleted it. I’ve been on the account since then. The main account title was Voices in the Dark. The original user name was goinggraymama. There was also a blog that as geared to parenting special needs kids, but I can’t remember the title of that one.

It looks like the goinggraymama user account was renamed on March 27, 2014. Did you make that change?

I did….they are not there. I’m sitting here right now, signed on to the one and only user name I have now. I’ve deleted nothing to my knowledge, I did make it private some time ago, but I didn’t delete anything.

Under the new username there are two blogs. The username in question is not panteralove, but something similar.
