Why did Google not index this new post?
-
A new post was not indexed by Google. I post once per day, and get a large fraction of my traffic from a Google and Google News. But today’s post does not appear on Google.
This post is in my standard format. There are no prohibited content problems: profanity or obscenity in text or photos. I have run this website since 2007; this has never happened before.
URL:
Let’s stop the 2-minute hate on Putin & think before we reignite the Cold War
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Additional information.
Using Google webmaster tools, I used the Fetch function to have Google index the post. Replied as “submitted to index”.
I asked it to Fetch and Render. It replied “partial” . The render showed these errors:

Hi there!
We notify Google and other search engines of all changes made to the sites hosted here. However, how quickly they index your updates will vary.
Are you still seeing all of those errors when you Fetch your latest post? If your site is appearing on Google now, then it was able to be indexed and doesn’t have any fatal errors.
-
Shawn,
Thanks for the explanation. What about all the error messages listed above? That is probably the cause of the indexing problem.
-
The errors may have just been temporary. Have you checked the link again to see if those errors are still appearing?
-
The errors are still there. Even more interesting, I check with the next post. It too has errors.

Thanks for checking that again. It looks like all of these errors are related to pages used for logging in or outside sources like Twitter and Facebook. It’s pretty standard to block these resources from being crawled by search engines.
Let me know if you see any more hiccups with your site being indexed.
