why did HEADER TEXT disappear?

My HEADER TEXT has disappeared together with text/writing/paragraphs next to my photos.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to > Dashboard > Appearance > Header
Header Text
__Show header text with your image.
save changes -
Hi, timethief ~ I did that as soon as it disappeared .. pressed ‘save changes’ .. still nothing :(

The HEADER TEXT “Blues Blues Blues” (in red) and “Adventures … still do not show up at all ~ followed your directions .. nope, no Header Text …

1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

Did everything above ~ It seems everyone ELSE can see the Header Text and all related texts … I just can’t see those on my laptop ..any way to reinstate to my own computer? Thanks so much, sheindie
.. I use Safari ~ I can see my photos, I can see the vids ~ I can’t see the Header Text or any of the paragraphs I’ve written to go with my photos.
