Why did I get an email about a new follower but then don't see him on my list?

    I received an email that I have a new e-mail follower, but when I reviewed my list of followers, that follower isn’t listed. Contacted the follower and he has not been receiving emails from WordPress. I can forward the emails confirming that person’s subscription if that would be helpful.
