Why did I lose my custom font?

I used to have my site title in a typewriter style custom font I got from Typekit. I recently upgraded to a custom domain with WordPress, and I seem to have lost that little bit of custom font. After looking around on you support pages, it looks like I need to upgrade further to custom design for another $30 a year. Is this true? If so, it just isn’t worth it for me. Any other ways to get back that little bit o typewriter font?

The only way to change the fonts on your site is through the Custom Design upgrade. It sounds like you had an old Typekit account connected to your WordPress.com account. We don’t off that functionality anymore.
