Why did I not receive a full refund?

  Refunds can take upto 14 days to fully process and reflect on your statements.

  However i am also tagging this thread for staff attention, see what have to say about this.

  Your Premium plan has been cancelled and I’ve refunded the remaining $13. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  The refund should reach your account in 7-14 business days.
