Why did Jetpack create a brand new entry on the blog Stats listing?

  I just updated Jetpack on one of my pages and it created a brand new entry in the blogs stats listing with zero visits, etc?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I just noticed that the different entries come from the domain name – one has the dot.com, and the other has the long hosting system url.

  Can I merge them so I have one entry with all of the stats together?

  I really do not want to start from scratch, there must be a way to merge the stats, so I will have the correct numbers, I have thousands of visits, I cannot lose that.
