  • Hello there,

’m very annoyed by how mochsha.in changed to mochsha.wpcomstaging.com

    Please revert it.

I bought the starter pack on May 18th.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

I have reviewed your site and noticed that you upgraded to the Creator plan and later canceled it.

Since your Creator plan was activated, your WordPress.com site address has been changed to mochsha.wpcomstaging.com for internal use. Your .wordpress.com subdomain will still redirect to your newly created subdomain, which is .wpcomstaging.com.

For public use, you can connect or register your custom domain. I noticed that you already have a domain (mochsha.in). You can set that as primary by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/set-a-primary-address/#how-to-set-a-primary-address.

Since you previously had a Starter plan, would you like me to revert to the Starter plan, or would you like to re-upgrade to the Creator plan?

We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi there, thanks for your reply.

Kindlyrevert to the Starter plan (I am still getting “The domain mochsha.in is not transferable.)

  • Before making any changes on my end, keep in mind when we revert the site back to the Starter plan, this will remove any plugins and content added through them, and your site will be how it looked before upgrading to the Creator plan.

Can you clarify you’d like to make this change? Once we hear back we can assist further.
