Why did my appearance change without me making the changes?

The colors on my site have changed and I didn’t do it. I don’t subscribe to any of the customized settings, only the basic ones. Why did this happen? How can I change it back to how it was before?

Hi there,
All of these functions can be accessed from your dashboard – without loading the custom design tools – no upgrade required.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > GeneralWill you please check those settings out and adjust them if required?

I tried all of those places already. The problem is: the colors spontaneously changed and I can’t change them back. My theme, Wu Wei, doesn’t seem to allow me to make changes. The way it looks now the logo I use doesn’t look right; I want to change it back to how it was.

Go to > Appearance > Background and thew locate Background Color selector then change it to “Default” click “save changes”

Thanks. I had to try it three times but it finally worked. Still doesn’t explain why it changed in the first place.

Sorry about that! We’re making some changes to colors as part of an effort to start adding in free color palettes for more themes. However, a couple themes had their colors settings changed in the process, and it sounds like that’s what happened to your blog. I’m glad you were able to fix it.
