Why did my blog post disappear?

To begin with, while creating my blog, it created two under the same URL. As if that wasn’t confusing enough, after posting my wonderful pieces (as an English requirement), they disappeared a couple days later. Where did they go?! Can they be brought back?! This blog is an English course requirement, and I have never had posts go missing in the past on any other platform. I think wordpress is out to get me -.- Help! Thanks!

Also, upon several attempts, my blog posts reappeared. It seems to be a reoccurring issue on my blog. As long as they do not disappear permanently, I will continue breathing at a normal rate for the time being.

As justjennifer explained, some of our users have been seeing a duplicate blog created when they start up a new one. I believe I have sorted things out for you. Apologies for any inconvenience here, and let me know if you need any more assistance with this.

Wonderful! Thank you so much. Several of my classmates have had the same issue. Is there somewhere specific I should send them to get theirs fixed as well?

It would be easiest if each of your classmates posted their own thread and tagged them with “duplicate blogs” and “modlook” so we will see them and be able to address the issue quickly.
