Why did my blog posts migrate?
-
I accidentally deleted my front page. When I restored it from the Trash, I found that all my blog posts had disappeared from my “blog” page (although they are still available in my blog widget in the sidebar). Instead, the posts re-positioned themselves as my front page, and my former front page (with my photo on it) is now the second page. How do I get the blog posts to show again when someone clicks on “blog” in my menu — and how do I get rid of that very first page that contains the blog posts so that my actual home page shows as my first page? I went into the back end and tried to figure out what do to, but couldn’t, and I didn’t want to do any more damage. Thanks!

NEVER MIND! With the help of a friend, I found the setting that had reverted to WP default when I accidentally deleted that page, and changed what I needed to put everything back in the right order. All fixed!

Hi Rhea,
I’m so glad your friend was able to help you get that fixed up! If there’s anything more I can do to help, please let me know. :)
